Fresh install on Z77H + Core i3 + GTX 650 Ti. Latest MultiBeast, only kexts for ALC892 taken from earlier (6.0.1) MB for Mavericks. Works like a charm. Thanks guys for your hard work!

Article: OS X 10.9.3 Update I used MultiBeast 6.0.1 just in case (had problems with losing audio after sleep on 10.9.2 with later versions of MultiBeast).

Installed, reinstalled audio drivers, everything working just fine.

I had to revert to MB 6.1 to get the audio working after sleep/wake-up on Z77N.

After updating with the built-in updater (lazy me :-)) Sleep was gone. Restored a TB backup, followed Stork's advice (except I couldn't repair permissions the second time <Disk Utility reported some problems>, repaired them after reboot. Everything is working fine (sleep included). Thanks guys...

Audio - worked just fine. Bluetooth - showed up on the menu bar, haven't tried configuring it yet (basically, I don't need BT in this setup), will report as soon as the monitor for the new Hack arrives (currently typing on the 10.6.8 one).
