Thank you for your fast responses, my EFI/Clover is attached, profile updated. I have seen "NullCPUPowerManagement.kext" is not recommended. This was my second try-out. However, booting without NullCPUPowerManagement.kext gives the same boot failure "panic(cpu0..".
