You are using a Fenvi T919 WiFi adapter. For this to work, you'll need to block IOSkywalkFamily.kext and add IOSkywalkFamily.kext, IO80211FamilyLegacy.kext, and AirportBrcmNIC.kext (the last 2 kexts had been advised to block in post #6 above). Then apply the OCLP Patcher. Details of how to...
Just keep in mind that if you plan to use a Broadcom WiFi/Bluetooth adapter for WiFi, then you must use the AppleIGC.kext as the OCLP Patcher disables the native Ethernet. You can still use the AppleIGC.kext and enable AppleVTD but remove (or disable) the Intel i225-V controller as noted in Notes 5.
You stated in your original post that you only had one (1) SSD, which is 500gb kingston m2.
Since your BIOS cannot see the 2nd SSD (whatever it is), it is not a Sonoma issue.
23E214 is the correct build version.
If you are unable to install Sonoma 14.4 update, make sure SecureBootModel is set to Disabled. Once it has updated successfully, you can change it back to Default.

If you're unable to install macOS Sonoma 14.4 update (released today, 7 March 2024) then make sure the SecureBootModel is set to Disabled (instead of Default). After Sonoma has updated successfully, you can change SecureBootModel back to Default if you wish.

Why not spend a little bit more money on a Mac Studio and call it a day? If you are willing to spend the extra dough on an Apple Studio Display, might as well go full Apple.
Another up vote for this comment, @miliuco. I am currently using the OCLP Patch + AMFIPass.kext and the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud; all work without issues.
Try using the AppleIGC.kext file and adding e1000=0 to boot-args in your config.plist file. I ran into the same problem with the OCLP Patch (for Broadcom WiFi) and this was the solution.
It has nothing to do with those 2 settings.
You just need RestrictEvents.kext and the argument revpatch=sbvmm in boot-args to receive the incremental update.
Did you clear NVRAM?
Better yet, add entry in the config.plist file (NVRAM\Delete section) to clear csr-active-config, as follows:
config.plist → NVRAM → Delete → 7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82 → Add an entry to clear csr-active-config.
Your boot-args seems to be missing the amfi=0x80...
