whew, update ok so Tiano bios. no legacy without mbr. Great... Apply PMPatch to dellA12 bios... rewarded with actual menus in bios. I have legacy boot and ufi now... Install clover to efi, reboot. it worked! now to powermanagment thanks again

the bios is pretty weak as to what i can change. nothing I'm really not sure of the caveats to make a gpt/mbr hybrid.

It's not the boot0, I have seen it before on partitions larger than 1TB. I was expecting to see it on reboot, the laptop just moves on to the next boot device, usb/cd/lan. I don't have something installed correctly or it's something with the bios. Thanks again for your help
