Create usb using unibeast Legacy Boot Mode and format usb to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and from option choose Master Boot Record.

This hdmi audio kext works also in HighSierra with GA-Z87-D3HP motherboard and GV-N640OC-2GI GPU.

I have also same problem that screen lose brightness, earlier this guide works without problem.
