Finally I found working USB 3.0 drivers for my mainboard Gigabyte X58-UD5: http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=2870&page=2 (the one called DP3.kexts.zip).
Thanks to this driver my usb 3.0 port can handle usb 3.0 and usb 2.0 components.
Even did a speed comparison with a usb 3.0 stick...
I'm using a Gigabyte X58-UD5 mainboard, installed Mountain Lion and applied the MultiBeast 4 driver and restarted the pc.
If I use usb 2.0 sticks / components I can open them, but usb 3.0 components don't work.
With the MultiBeast 5 driver my usb 3.0 didn't work at all.
Updated status:
1) My samsung drive doesn't spin anymore (disabled UEFI CD/DVD function in bios).
2) Neither the >3 GB Fermi nor normal 580 driver in MultiBeast helped to get my 580 (with 3 GB) to work! OpenCL didn't work in LuxMark.

Problem solved: After disconnecting every usb and sata device the only thing left was the usb-stick itself. So I created another stick (different manufactorer) and voila it worked like a charm!
