Unfortunatley not, I don't even get that for to experience this issue. ( I never suffered from that issue at all in my 10.8.2 install that was working pefectly prior to the update and new Multi Beast )
I've had to resort to falling back onto windows for now, since I can not do without my Adobe...
The part I dont understand if its an issue with my GFX, why it worked perfectly previous to the OSX update messing up my kext somehow and moving to MB5.3
Ive also tried using the nvidia "fixes" from within MB already which didnt fix anything.

Sorry I meant to add that, Yes I can boot using the -x command.
I never used to use a DSDT tho as its a UEFI motherboard ( as far as im aware )
I also check the DSDT list you linked, there isnt one for my exact motherboard, it seems as tho its a varient
My Bios is the F6 version tho

Im pretty new to Hackintosh, and my previous install which was using MB 5.2 was working great
Since I updated to 10.8.3 my sound drivers and Network stopped working, so I installed Multibeast 5.3 so i was upto date software wise on this too.
However, now I just can not get past the bit...
