Update - I unplugged to tower case and moved it into the living room. - I connected the GTX650 to the tv screen (HDMI) Same results/ white/grey screen and spinning beach ball... The ball can be moved using the mouse, but the installer does not launch ... I waited a few minutes before posting...

Thanks for your support, I removed the NullCPUPowerManagement and put your config.plist .. No change, still a light grey/white background ( no beach ball this time) I'll try to borrow a HDMI screen to make some tests I'm open to other ideas as you have almost the same hardware as I do ...
