    OK, I solved this. It seems that some of the CPU/Chipset motherboard settings that work with Lion dont work with ML. I enabled everything I could in BIOS for CPU/Chipset, following someone's suggestion from here, and it seems to solve the problem.

    @lovelyzoo adding rd=*uuid and boot-uuid=<My UUID> to chameleon.boot.plist actually helped. If you are able to boot at all from flash drive (eg. first run after install) on your HD, then this should really work. I booted from flash and copied the kernel flags over from Kext Utility. Booted...

    Bumpity bump. I have the exact same issue with UniBeast 10.7.2 (via combo update + multibeast). 10.7.1 works fine. Tried everything I could find, just like OP. For now reverting back to 10.7.1 Asrock P55 Pro, Radeon 4890. No clue what the problem is..
