    The exe is just a 7zip file. If you extract it with something like Keka, you can stick it on a USB drive and use the Q-Flash util in the BIOS to upgrade :headbang:

    Depends on what you intend on using the virtual machine for. If it's just basic stuff like opening documents/files, then it's fine (I use mine to test websites in IE). If you intend on doing anything that takes processing power, like gaming then you're better off using it separately. IMO an SSD...
