The bios should be already 1102,this is the latest,if not you can flash it .It is recommended that you have the latest bios ver. but if you don't want you can skip the UserDSDT option and tick EasyBeast,it should work.About the audio i haven't manage to have 5.1 working yet,but it is working...

Your machine should work,i'm not experienced with nVidia cards but i think you will have no problem installing.

Your motherboard might not have the option to select HPET 64bit mode.Mine,for example, doesn't have.This isn't your problem probably , could you try booting with -v and give a screenshot?Otherwise how should we know where is the problem ? :)
