Am I going to bork anything if I add another SSD to my computer and install yosemite on it with a fresh install and keep mavericks on the existing SSD and duel booting between them? I don't want to fully commit to yosemite as I don't know if all the bugs are worked out with some of the web...

I did a hackintosh years ago and haven't had time to since. I'm wanting to build a system up to run Lion or ML based on a i5 ivy or sandy system. Can someone please advise me if it's worth waiting a few more weeks until ML is out and more information has been found out... or if its ok to go...
