What do you have in your org.chameleon.Boot.plist ? Could the problem be there ? This is mine:

I found internal pll overvoltage and i set it to disabled, sleep still doesn't work

Sleep is still not working, the PC shuts off, but then moving the mouse i only see a black screen and i have to reset ... I also disabled the Asmedia usb 3.0 from the bios ...
PS: How long it will take to have a stable build of ML on this motherboard ? I'm new in the "Hackintosh world" :P And...

You're absolutely right ! I don't know why but Multibeast didn't remove NullCpuManagement.kext by itself, i removed it and now that's what MSRdumper is reporting:

I installed lion on usb stick using unibeast, then I installed BridgeHelper on the usb stick.

I had the problem of "Still waiting for root device" too, i solved it by disabling the network controller from the bios and the Lion setup starts without...

I'm just writing from my stable version of 10.7.4 too and i have your same hardware ( cpu and motherboard ). Of course i can not use sleep mode or speedstep, did you make any progress ?
