Succesfully updated to 10.8.3 through App Store. Just like on my old MacBook, hit update -> reboot -> done. I'm really satisfied :headbang:

Well, after installation of MultiBeast was MacPro 3.1 set as "default". I've tried to change it to iMac, but it wasn't any better, so i left MacPro 3.1. SMCPlugins - i've checked everything :)
