*OFFTOPIC: I own several S1366 builds including MacPro4.1 (flashed as MacPro5.1) and love that hardware generation

I faced that dreaded mistake couple of days ago, and just understood what it was and how I eventually fixed it!!
Found a clue in this python script. Was just scrolling through it and all of a sudden saw this:
print('*** Working around a very dumb Apple bug in a package ***')

Sometimes when clearing NVRAM and even clearing CMOS doesn't help - the only solution is to re-flash BIOS and ME completely. That helps for sure with MSI boards.
Reset NVRAM = F11 on Clover boot screen
THANK YOU daiyam, THANK YOU Slice for that option!
I was going crazy already because of that "your computer was rebooted because of a problem..." and the solution appeared to be so simple, albeit not obvious...
TANK YOU!
P.S.: nvram -c doesn't work...
@RehabMan Regarding patched methods, you're right that "[bat] Dell Inspiron 13z" should work, but it doesn't cover all 16bit registers. I don't know if the registers omited in the existing patch matter, you have more experience - and it's your repository. I just wanted to share my findings...

The 3.0 ports seem to be working on 2.0 speed but at least they're working now
No other methods work for this ASUS crap.
If anyone's...

The issue is that the laptop went to sleep with DC plugged in and now will not wake up. It acts like a brick.
I tried taking out battery, unplugging DC and holding power button for 15 (20 and even 60) seconds to make so called "Hard Reset" but had no success. It shows no signs of life, even...
Good day Rehabman!
Just a quick note:
Your patch - Laptop Patches
#battery_ASUS-N55SL.txt
