Sometimes when clearing NVRAM and even clearing CMOS doesn't help - the only solution is to re-flash BIOS and ME completely. That helps for sure with MSI boards.

@RehabMan Regarding patched methods, you're right that "[bat] Dell Inspiron 13z" should work, but it doesn't cover all 16bit registers. I don't know if the registers omited in the existing patch matter, you have more experience - and it's your repository. I just wanted to share my findings...

Thank you! Issue solved. There was a DC problem + empty battery. But hard reset works, if someone is interested. Had to setup BIOS again after these manipulations.

The issue is that the laptop went to sleep with DC plugged in and now will not wake up. It acts like a brick. I tried taking out battery, unplugging DC and holding power button for 15 (20 and even 60) seconds to make so called "Hard Reset" but had no success. It shows no signs of life, even...
