I imagine handoff, airdrop and continuity will not be working (wifi neither).

Glad to hear it. Sorry for my lack of response as I just returned from a week in Korea.

Same here. Now on 13.6 and OC 0.9.5. I am avoiding Sonoma until a better Broadcom (Fenvi T919) working solution is available. If not, my setup is just fine where it is.

Great to see you got it working! I don’t watch Netflix/Apple TV/etc from my hackintosh, so I’m content with the kext. Have you tried any DRM content?

I’m using the kext from here: https://www.hackintosh-forum.de/forum/thread/57994-amd-radeon-6650-xt-6950-xt-und-6900-xtxh-ohne-gpu-id-spoofing/ as well as the boot argument. That’s it. No spoofing needed.

I was able to land the 6650 XT for $195, so no complaints here :) I also switched my Samsung 970 EVO to the same drive as you. I have no complaints about performance.

@jsil yes, layout 7 is correct. I have my speakers in the green port on the rear. Also, I do have hot plug working on TB3, but it is a tad finicky. I am using a cal digit TB3 dock. Finally, I just updated my GPU to a 6650xt (added agdpmod=pikera to boot args and additionally used a custom...

Sorry for the delay! I was overseas for work last week. Attached is my EFI folder. Note: My EFI folder is like my golf swing. Don't ask me to make corrections because it is working as is (for me :))!

“Meaningless” seems harsh. Was just explaining how I am booting both OS’s. Ok, I’ll stop being sensitive now.

No issues. Dual booting latest version of both. To be fair, my machine natively boots into macOS if I don’t do anything. In order to boot Windows, I hit F11 and and select Windows boot loader, and it goes right into Windows 11. Zero issues (and I’ve been doing this since day one with Win10).

You can switch from clover to OC fairly easily. https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/clover-conversion/

To be honest, I don’t. It’s set up in my config and I haven’t done anything with that in awhile outside whatever needs to be done during OC updates.
