Same here. Now on 13.6 and OC 0.9.5. I am avoiding Sonoma until a better Broadcom (Fenvi T919) working solution is available. If not, my setup is just fine where it is.
I’m using the kext from here: https://www.hackintosh-forum.de/forum/thread/57994-amd-radeon-6650-xt-6950-xt-und-6900-xtxh-ohne-gpu-id-spoofing/ as well as the boot argument. That’s it. No spoofing needed.
I was able to land the 6650 XT for $195, so no complaints here :)
I also switched my Samsung 970 EVO to the same drive as you. I have no complaints about performance.
@jsil yes, layout 7 is correct. I have my speakers in the green port on the rear.
Also, I do have hot plug working on TB3, but it is a tad finicky. I am using a cal digit TB3 dock.

No issues. Dual booting latest version of both.
To be fair, my machine natively boots into macOS if I don’t do anything. In order to boot Windows, I hit F11 and and select Windows boot loader, and it goes right into Windows 11. Zero issues (and I’ve been doing this since day one with Win10).
