Upgraded to 10.6.7 and now lost PCI devices - particularly the wifi card. Cannot enable Airport now. Help please.

Installed multiboot 330 and selected the options as per the install guide. also 10.6.7 combo update. Rebooted. Got kernel panic. The retried. Booted fine except that the serial mouse is no longer recognised. Help please.
