Me too, USB after sleep: Z77X-UD5H with latest Chimera (MB 7.0.2) = Freeze. AND: Sleep is waking up every 2 hours, but this is due to mDNSresponder being replaced in Yosemite with discoveryd, it a bug, real macs have this issue too, i guess it will be fixed in 10.10.1 ? Hopefully.

Yosemite official Nvidia 343.01.01f01 webdriver AVAILABLE! Unlocks CUDA for my 780 6GB natively in Yosemite. I installed it from the Nvidia Driver Manager automatically per Nvidia update in the Control Panel. I don't know the weblink. Maybe someone can shed some light where to download on...

BTW, no trimming patch necessary, my 840 Evo has trim on after update by default.
