If you use Inject Intel = No, Graphics shows as Intel HD Graphics SKL CRB 1536 MB but if you use Inject Intel = Yes Graphics shows as Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB

No, I do not did anything special to config.plist

I do not know how to test qe/ci but I can assure you that Intel HD Graphics 530 work without artefacts.

I am using DVI port.

I am pleased to report the following: OS X 10.11.4 works without APIC fix. Intel HD 530 works without graphical artifacts. Intel HD 530 works when booting in normal mode instead of safe mode.
