SLI is not supported in OSX. The GTX 295 is basically two GTX 275 boards sandwiched in a dual slot package. Some people have gotten it to work by disabling one of the boards, and basically making it a GTX 275 (not something I know how to do).

The ATI 5XX0 drivers or Chameleon (I'm not sure which one) doesn't handle the switch from the BIOS resolution to the desktop resolution. Resulting in a black screen, when entering the desktop.
Some have reported adding Graphics Mode key/string pair to /Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist solves this...
The iBoot/Multibeast installation method can only be used to install the JMicron 36X kext, after you have installed OSX.
You may want to contact Tonymac directly, and ask him if he has a bootloader with JMircon 36x support.
Your post titled JMicro SATA kext, but you did not mention if you installed the kext or not. iBoot does not install the kext for you.
Look in Multibeast, it has the JMicron 36x kexts, if you need to install it.
Putting the Graphics Mode key/string in /Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist is not guarnteed to work if your BIOS does not support that as a VESA mode.

GA-X58-USB3 has Realtek ALC892 Audio, which might be troublesome. But people have managed to use VoodooHDA kext to get it working. Some complain about clicks and pops in the audio though.
Display rotation is part graphics driver. Or in this case, not part of the driver. If you search around you'll notice some old nvidia cards and drivers did not support display rotation. nvidia must of not enabled rotation in their fermi drivers.
