Hello guys! I'm trying to bring my old laptop to new life. I used it in the past with leopard, snow leopard and lion: all peripherals worked like a charm. The greatest problem was with the wifi: i fixed it with a script called bcm43xx_enabler.sh Now I installed yosemite: everything works...

...and so? My system boot up right but, every time I start an app, system stucks for seconds... Any idea?

Other hint: i booted via iboot with flags -v GraphicsEnabler=No PCIrootUID=1 busratio=12. The system works fine. What's going on?

I reinstalled osx. Installed 10.6.7 combo. Installed easybeast. When I rebooted the system, i had a black screen after chimera. Nothing to do. I need help!

I read about successful installation of snow leopard (and lion) on this laptop. I tried to install snow leopard with the retail 10.6.3 burnt on a usb key after booting with iBoot. I used the trigger -v -F GraphicsEnabler=No and I get the message "Still Waiting for Root Device". What's wrong...
