I have an official Apple Store thumb drive with Lion, but UniBeast simply doesn't see it. Was that capability removed in a recent UB update, or is there something wrong...
For installation purposes, does it matter whether the SL disc is server or not? I've noticed that the price of an install DVD for the server edition is now less than for normal desktop installs on eBay.
So i finally got my system built, and i can't install SL. After much fumbling, i think it is down to damage of the disc [yes, it is a legitimate retail DVD]. The disc mounts on my wife's Mini. However when holding down the "C" key while booting the Mini with this DVD in the drive the system...
I see a lot of references on the site to dual-booting OSX and Windows. What i did see concerning dual-booting OSX and linux seemed to favor putting them on two separate drives. Is it feasible to do it on a single drive? If so, should i put the linux space before or after OSX space?
