Dear Members, I just did a fresh HS 10.13.5 install on a freshly purchased MacBook9,1 (used), and as soon as I reached the desktop, there was an 'untitled' (with lowercase 'u'!) volume mounted on the desktop. I double clicked it, and there was a 'setup' (again, with lowercase 's') folder...
