I'm stuck at the same portion of the boot process as you (++++++ line), have you found any solutions yet? Have everything set according to the guide, just copied over my SMBIOS and it's not booting the installer for me :(.

So I tried reinstalling the AppleGraphicsControl.kext with an original version and it still didn't help. The kext doesn't show up under IORegExplorer. Any ideas?
Using the linked kext and running the terminal commands makes USB 3.0 work, but after rebooting it seems like it's not loading the kext and will only work if I re run the commands. Anyone know how to fix this?
I used to run clover on Mavericks but when I installed Yosemite it would give me an ACPI error and I couldn't figure out the cause, forcing me to go back to chimera :(.
Also I have to run Clover in legacy mode because my motherboard has UEFI but can't actually boot EFI disks :/
