    BT is visible and working in Windows. I've checked configuration of my chipset: it's Z97 with 14 USB's, including six 3.0. I've tried to follow the instruction and find the ports. So for USB 3.0 it's XHC/SSP1-6, and for 2.0 it's EH01/PR11/HP11-18. SSDT didn't get any effect. I attach the source...
