I did but no use, I restore my whole drive, still no ethernet :)

I just installed itunes update and airport update by mistake :( Now my system unable to see any ethernt card on my machine, I check the system report and there is no ethernet card there. I used time machine as well but no use. any idea, should i install Lion all over again?

I bought a cheap one is says v2.0 +EDR adapter it detects the magic mouse and paired too but it lags some time even hangs for few seconds, is it the dongle or the kext which need to be fix. BTW in system it says Cambridge Silicon Radio.

I am in uae, and i bought it from an ordinary store, it only says made in china with some weird name (Tech something) on it, with v2.0 +EDR Adapter... it cost me 10 dirham. The same quality in Carrefour (Super Store) cost 30 dirham.

I use an ordianry bluetooth dongle it detects a magic mouse after some effort but its lagging and some time mouse just hangs for few seceonds, any idea what should I do... Is it the kext that needs to be edited (which i dont know how) or is it the dongle itself. Thanks

NVGraphic enabler has done the job for me :) still cant fix the audio,

there was no bootloader in it :) its working now :thumbup:

I think i messed up the Lion after combo upate I restarted several times and tried multibeast several times and God knows what i didn't try to get make my audio works :) but still no luck. cant see any audio device in preferences.

I have the same board too i am runing Lion 10.7.3, couldn't fix audio and wakeup problem, I followed multibeast guide for ALC889 but no use.. may be its because I am running it on 64 bit?

I manage to downlaod Lion on my machine but Graphics is fixed at 1024x786, dont know where to find the kext for audio too, somehow i manage to fix built-in eithernet with multibeast.

How you make backup of kexts, I just manage to install Lion on my machine 10.7.2 wanted but DVD drive audio not working and the display is fixe at 1024x786.

I also have this board, I have seen somewhere on internet, people are running snow leopard on this board. I am also trying to install snow leopard, but I need to update my bios first, wish me luck. btw what tutorial you are following? Specs: Intel core 2 duo E4700 2.4ghz Intel DG41cn 160 Sata...

Hi, I did try to install Mac os x first time with windows 7 on another partition. Installation goes smooht but get stuck at reboot, boot0: error appears when i boot with hd (SATA) when boot with os cd it takes to the intallation screen again. Or should I go with a single mac os intallation...
