Unibeast ML installation on MBR drive? How can I modify the Unibeast ML USB to install on MBR instead of GUID?

Everytime I boot from the Unibeast ML USB, I appear to get a CMOS checksum error and defaults are loaded, causing my drive controllers to go back to IDE. Is there any solution to modify the Unibeast ML USB to remedy this problem?
