    UEFI Already fixed boot problem. Yeah, sorry for that. Lenovo Z570 is my old laptop having good working Yosemite (except sleeping). And now I bought new mini-itx desktop hardware (I followed latest byuers guide, MSI H170i is in the list) and trying to install OSX to it also. Updated my info.

    It's actual order. It's GUID partitioning. I played a lot with partitions in the past (I had Win7, OSX Lion and Mountain Lion), that's why it's sort of mess. But I already installed OSX Yosemite to 3rd 150G partition.
