EDIT: solution: I had to use Onyx (http://www.titanium.free.fr/) to clear all caches and rebuilt the Spotlightindex, I also used Rember to check my memory as that could also be the cause (but it was not the case for me ;) ). Furthermore I reinstalled all my kext via MultiBeast and repaired...
