My Sierra hackintosh crashed after power failure. I was able to get it to boot, but now the resolution is wrong and preferences are not showing my resolutions anymore. What to do?
That got me a bit further. Now I make it to the half way mark then it dies with a circle with a slash through it. (Image attached).

Hi! Trying to install yosemite, here are my specs:
Mobo: Asus p8z77-v deluxe / bios 2104
Cpu: i7-3770k
ram: 24gb
vpu: gtx-670
flags tried: -no-zp maxmem=4096
I get the apple screen for a couple of seconds then the panic, which I have attached to this post.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for this. I was able to get Mountain Lion up and running after a few stumbles. My contribution to those having trouble would be to always run repair permissions before you reboot, and manually delete the from library/caches. I'm not sure which of this got me through it, but one of them...

Hello folks! I've done a Unibeast install of Lion 10.7 on my system. Specs are:
Asus p8z68-v Pro 1101 Bios
Sapphire 2gb 6950
16gb G.Skill Ripjaw Memory
Trendnet TEW-421PC
Install goes off without a hitch, but when I try to reboot (from Unibeast drive, of course), I get a blank white screen...
