i'm having the same issue, mine seems to be related to the fakeSMC.kext. if i have any success, ill be the first to post.

I have tried both command line strings and have come up with the same issue. Reading through the page, none of the smc sensors are loading at all, all come up as "failed" or cant find fakeSMC...
