Where are the messages that are displayed when booting up in verbose mode saved. Does Sierra not save them anymore? It used to be in system.log. I see an ACPI error when booting up but when I search for it in system.log, I can't find it.

Check if the web drivers are loaded in system profiler. Even my 560 ti that used to get stuck works now.
