sorry have you figure it out? iBoot + Original Snow Leopard Disc, finish it off with multibeast. idk bout the graphics card. just google kext if you can't find them here. as far as the board. its a gigabyte. it should work with little to no modification as far as i know

Dual Boot should work.
I would suggest 3 partitions.
1) OS X
2) Windows
3) MS-DOS (read/write on both OS for sharing files such as media)
What you wanna do is make sure you install Snow Leopard / Lion first.
