Radeon VII with pcie 4.0 X8?
I found on the official website that Radeon VII runs the pcie 3.0×16 protocol, and the speed of pcie 4.0×8 is the same as 3.0×16. So, if Radeon VII runs on a 4.0×8 pcie slot, can it fill up all the bandwidth? Or can it only run the 3.0×8 protocol? Sorry for the bad English.
