Sounds like issues with the bootloader..
I would create a new Bootloader using windows and maybe use ventura..
Also I highly recommend a new second SSD for mac. it's a lot easier
Also I pretty sure if I remember correctly that I had to format a partition and I had to format it in whatever...
I remember the issue. I don't know how I ended up getting past it in windows.. and then it reminded me about it when I made all the changes. Your ram I think is 1.2V 3200mhz CL16. Mines 1.35v 3600mhz CL18 I guess it's worth changing some things lol but if anything I think it's good for now since...
I used their bios preset and changed my ssd from being in Sata 5/6 to sata 3/4
Everything is working now including internet.. no crash yet and I didn’t have to do a fresh install.
Thank you so much for your help
Cheers :)
BRO thank you !!! I put my ssd from SATA 5/6 to 3/4 and everything is working :))) I noticed to that I had fastboot on??? I swear I had that off… idk what the issue was or how many.. but using your bios preset fixed everything.. thank you so much :)
Thank you so much! See pictures of ALL the changes it made maybe there’s something in there that will help? After changing bios settings I lost my ssd. The one that has my max partition. I think it gone because of bios settings.. and maybe you’re familiar with the sata 5 & 6 issue with nvme...
So I reset NVRAM
I’m connected to Ethernet but it’s not loading anything in any program.
It last for a little bit but after like 5-10 mins I’ll get Kernel Panic type 13 protection registrar
I have -v on boot and I see all the words but it goes fast and I don’t know how to log it..
Any ideas...
Yeah I read you should remove everything clover related and reset NVRAM.. to be honest I thought you had scripts in the EFI that had auto reset every boot or I thought they'd be a NVRAM reset in boot loader.. But i don't see anything soo Ill try manually resetting when I get home :) hopefully...
-So I did a fresh install..
-I remade the EFI.
-I used the debug opencore EFI and than merged some stuff with Scope666's EFI. And im using his config..
-I unplugged my RTX 3070 from the MB and the power supply (should I undo Scope666's Config that disables GPU 1?
-I also changed a few things...
I read somewhere that maybe voltage? Or maybe that I have a extra Ethernet card plugged in?? Or maybe XMP settings @scope666
Could it be because I installed MacOS on a partition on the ssd drive? Should I do a fresh install on the entire drive instead?
Edit: also I have it at 128gb should I do...
I have the same board as you but with a Lian li 2 tower and only using the fron UI ports the two USB but not using the thunderbolt usb c (it's unplugged from mb)
Based off this can I assume that the Kernal Panic is not from Usbmapping?
Could it be something related to Klext?? I dont have a...
Sorry I can’t copy and paste but I still don’t have internet and can’t focus on internet when I keep getting crashes.. anything from this code that tells you my issue??
Ill check out OCAT. And yeah I figure it wont be to hard to figure out.. Thats why im trying not to spam you guys with questions cause I think I can figure it out on my own.
Again much appreciated ! I may be back with more questions lol :)
Cheers,
