    HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini i5-10500T / UHD 630: 4K Issues

Update to the situation: I disabled the framebuffer patching and added `enable-max-pixel-clock-override` to the iGPU. After a reboot I got at 4k / 30hz. I still have no ideia how to make it work in 60hz. Sleep and a few other usually problematic things seem to work without the framebuffer, not...

    HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini i5-10500T / UHD 630: 4K Issues

Hello, I got an HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini i5-10500T to run almost perfectly with Ventura except for the 4K output. When the computer is booting (Apple logo) the output is 4K (3840 x 2160 reported by the screen itself), however once it reaches the login screen it downgrades to 2560x1440. System...

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

Can you test it. I currently have the machine at a place without any DP capable screens.

No, feel free to keep trying https://github.com/TCB13/HP-EliteDesk-800-G2-DM-Hackintosh I'm convinced the issue is related to the GPU, patches, eventually due to the DP->HDMI adapter. It's just sad that it seems those things doesn't work natively and you've to live with a bunch of patches.

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

Yes I did try that already. I also took some time to read this https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/343937-guide-catalina-big-sur-monterey-on-hp-elitedesk-800-g4g5-mini-the-perfect-macmini81-hackintosh-clover-oc/ and the fixes listed here...

That's why I tried to update the BIOS at some point. I probably also came across what you're reading.

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

Okay I was reading the beginning of the log and it says " "[IGPU] Failed to wake the ME: reload=0, retries=50\n" @IGGuC.cpp:1695" > not sure if ME means Intel Management Engine but I went into the bios and enabled it. Restarted the machine and time the screen turned off mid boot but I was able...

I got that part, it crashed when I tried to put it to sleep. Restarted to a RTC error.

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

Yes, forgot to expand for the print screen. It crashes mid boot with LILU 1.6, 1.5.9 and 1.5. Meanwhile I decided to post here https://github.com/acidanthera/bugtracker/issues/2044 about everything we tried and someone is speaking about hibernation mode 25 but I'm unsure on how that should be...

No luck here: Same behavior as before. Doesn't wake up.

Yes to both but they don't work.

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

Well I just noticed an interesting thing. As I pointed before this is the configuration that gives me best results: No framebuffer patching, just those boot-args. The machine goes to sleep and comes back without crashing. If I SSH into it and issue "shutdown -h now" it will wake the screen...

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

No luck with those. It boots but never wakes from sleep and seems to be crashing.

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

I'm not using his EFI. I tried it but it just crashes mid boot and restart to an invalid error of something. OS: 12.4 (21F79) OpenCore: 0.8.1 + kexts manually downloaded from the source BIOS: started with N21 Ver. 02.53 04/16/2021 and upgraded to N21 Ver. 02.56 04/08/2022 today just to see if...

OpenCore: Sleep HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini (i5-6500)

Tried both the desktop, laptop and NUC device IDs with no luck. The display goes off and then on again without issues. Tried the suggestions, at least it didn't go black on boot but it didn't change a thing. Still crashing after sleep. Thank you.

igfxfcms is the one that makes it. The darkwake is apparently irrelevant. Thank you.

Also tried with the additional AML and without the boot-args: Still not working, with those removed from boot-args it even crashes when waking up. No ping/ssh.

Should I just apply the OSI to XOSI patch or also change the GPU platform-id and all the other settings described here https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config-laptop.plist/skylake.html#deviceproperties like if this was a laptop? Thank you for having a look!
