Hi, i have the same laptop ideapad flex 14 model 20308.. same specs..but i am unable to install Bigsur with your provided EFI Folder. I tried multiple times..installer loads up but when i install, installation fails and screen goes black.. please help if you have latest updated EFI folder.- tusshar.gaba
