Hello,
I recently updated directly from the apple macos installer in Big Sur to Ventura and everything is good except it keeps crashing around every 15 minutes. I have tried to add framebuffers that was recommended in a previous post but the issue is still on going. Can anyone please provide...
Update:
I reinstalled MacOS with the same EFI and with the BCM94360NG wifi chip and now my wifi, ethernet, bluetooth, iservices, and sidecar works. My plan is to upgrade my GPU to an RX 6800 XT and to add 2 nvme m.2 ssds so hopefully everything will still work after that.
Thanks Middleman, I am now able to install MacOS after I formatted my other SSD as APFS.
Also, after I used the EFI, Ethernet did not work and my other internal SATA hard drives were not being detected. I went back to the EFI from the github...
Thank you pgardner for providing your EFI. I am able to get into the recovery MacOS GUI and install Big Sur on another SSD but after that it does not boot at all. I'll try to see if I can get an older version of MacOS to work.
Hey pgardner, I tried the same github link as a guide and edited the platform info section of the config.plist but the MacOS progress bar only goes 1/4 of the way and then restarts my computer everytime. Can you please share your EFI since our setups are similar?
Thank You
