First I had an issue to upgrade from the System Settings (Ventura).... I did manage to download the full installer via command line and upgrade using that. No problems running Sonoma on my build so far.

Have you disable SIP. It must be disabled to clone properly with SuperDuper. I have ToggleSipEntry.efi in my OC driver folder which allows for toggle SIP at the boot screen.
