Just wondering, can you use Thunderbolt 4 port as video output from iGPU?

Video acceleration. While you can boot into macOS, without acceleration, it will be very laggy to use.

What about 10th gen CPU on Z590? Is that going to work?

Apple first had support for RX 5000 in macOS 10.15.1 beta which was released in Oct. 11, 2019. I believe the 16-inch MBP was the first Apple hardware that had Rx 5000 GPU inside and that was released in Nov. 13, 2019.

Exactly. I bought my RX 6800 on JD back in late November but I can only use my integrated GPU ATM.:(
