I have verified that this is wifi dependent. I do not know why the wifi on my MBA is locked down like this, nor do I know how to reset it. When I connect my MBA to a 27" Thunderbolt display (with integrated ethernet) it connects as expected to all of the ports as before. What gives with wifi?

Yes, but mine does not have dual GPUs (and I'm pretty sure the same goes for Turkawa), but only the HD4000. It makes a difference. The DSDT would be quite different as a result.

I'm not sure what to say. Have you made sure you've deleted all of the ATI and nVidia kexts after booting with -x once?

SNAP! I wonder if that's part of the reason I had to re-install. After updating from 10.8.3 to 10.8.4, I did NOT re-delete the ATI and nVidia kexts. No matter, though. It's working well now. I even have it joined to an OS X server domain and doing mobile users (syncing profiles, etc).
