The sleep trick didn't do it for me at least in Ableton. The problem is related to the RX 5700 XT because when I use the only iGPU the problem doesn't exist at all.- kthxbyebye

Hey @antmaper I managed to work-around it by disableing the RX 5700 XT and using only the iGPU. Not the best way but ableton is working flawless.- kthxbyebye
