Looks like it's a raid/partition issue, as far as I can tell. I deleted the raid and partition, and was able to get to the OSX disc utility, but when I went to look for the drive to set it up, couldn't find any (OSX only showed the dvd drive and the dvd itself). So, reset the server back to...

I found a few hazy references to how you have the current hard drives partitioned in a raid config. My pc server has 2 partitions with one in a raid 5. Could this be a problem?

I disabled all of my pci slots in the bios except for the first one, so since I can still see the screen during iboot, wouldn't that mean I have the vid card correct?
I'll still go double check everything though...
I've spent countless hours searching on this and yet to find something useful.
Tried 3 different burns of iboot and all have given the same results.

Tried burning a new disc, but got the same error.
I also tried tonymacx86's way (when you get the iboot screen, put in snow leopard and hit f5). I get the following:

I put in iboot, put in Snow leopard, and did step #4- "Now start type PCIRootUID=1 and then press the down arrow and select Boot Verbose from the list and press ENTER."
