Tried repairing the Windows BCD thing, like the guide said. But it behaves the same when booting from OpenCore: the screen goes blank and nothing happens. I have read elsewhere that others with same problem solved it with setting SyncRuntimePermissions = TRUE, but this is already selected.

ok! thanks for clarifying! It actually worked.. but i had to first set CSM on, then "uefi only" on boot from disk, and "uefi first" on all other items. Now dual screens on gtx1070 gpu working in win+mac!!
