ok, we found a solution! After editing some BIOS entries the system is running stable. This is what I changed: Thanks everybody for your help!

We deleted all PowerTable entries. Unfortunately this doesn't chance anything.

Update: Asus BIOS/UEFI update from 1302 to 1401 does not change the problem.
