I would like to know something in the abyss of Hackintosh ;). Opencore documentation provide some SSDT for CPU and other things.
If I check the SSD-PLUG.aml in your package I can see some mysterious code ;) that is not in the opencore documentation and the code...
Meld port from linux, filemerge with xcode it's too booring and other apps (araxis, beyond compare, kaleidoscope) too expansive. It can compare directories too ;).

My OpenCore version is the 0.5.8 from this thread. I removed SSDT for Thunderbolt because I don't have TB card it, and I added a boot flag for Radeon RX 5700 XT GPU.
I tried to update from 10.15.4 to 10.15.5. But, after update installation and during the last reboot, the boot stop...
I Bought an Innatek KT4004 card (Frescologic FL1100), which is natively supported by MacOs and test if issue disappears. Verdict :
no change config.plist : KO always sizzling
remove pci and SSDT definition : KO always sizzling
vanillia clover install with no specific parameter (fix or driver...
