I've seen posts with people saying to stay away from the XFX cards on other models. But will the XFX radeon vii work as intended or is this one a bad apple too?

OK!!! So long story short I've always been a macbook pro guy, but my mid 2017 maxed out mbp has been pushed past it's reasonable limits recently. I've decided to take the plunge and build proper hackintosh desktop. Parts list below compiled from this and other sites of that looks like it should...
