MSR lock was after updating. Now installing in Russian!!! Can this be changed?

updated BIOS from 1602 to 3201. (1602 worked great for clover for many years, so i never needed to changed it). tried your Base-EFI (MacPro7,1), and created new Serial Number and SMUUID. got a little further, but gets stuck (freezes) help please (i would buy someone a beer to fix this for me).
