From my experience - almost nothing. In order to get a well working OpenCore hackintosh, you need to setup it carefully, especially when it comes to ACPI tables. For laptops, a lot of SSDT patching should be done.
I used original rehabman clover setup only as a reference.
The last stable version of Clover is 5119, but it will work only with Catalina and below. Current Clover is buggy rubbish and it is almost dead. Don't waste your time on it, just move to OpenCore setup.
