I managed to get it working, only first two display port outputs work.

I'm also having a black screen issue on much different configuration. Sandy Bridge Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3 2600K XFX RX580 Just bought new GPU yesterday (old Nvidia is not compatible with Mojave) thought it would be easy :) I don't have CSM option in BIOS.
